Our senior staff members include our three (3) co-founders and five (5) alumni members. Collectively, our founders have been teaching and coaching youth in the Arts for over 60 years. Many of our consultants are paid per project, due to our lack of on-going funding. We also have retired teachers, professional performing artists who volunteer their time to teach and give master classes to our students, because they believe in our missions and goals. In addition, more and more of our former students are returning after graduating and requesting jobs with our school. They want to give back, which is one of the community consciousness traits that we encourage our youth to pursue. The graduates are volunteering on a part-time basis to assist us with our daily teaching techniques at the gallery 37 building and community projects.
